Ethics Exam
Course Outline:
Ethics in America - DSST exam description, outline, and practice questions. Print the outline and use it to help define the break-down of topics for your study journal.
DSST Official Test Preparation Guide - this is a large file containing information and practice tests for several different exams, including Ethics in America.
Recommended Course of Study:
Download both of the ethics workbooks from the Ethics in Education website. (Book 1 is based on ancient and world history. Book 2 is based on American history.) Work through the books, answering the essay questions that are offered. For Book 1, choose 1 project from the final chapter to complete.
Please note: The final page of the first ethics workbook claims that the "Constitution says that there must be a 'separation of church and state.'" This is factually untrue. Please keep that in mind if you choose to complete the "Prayer in School" project. It is important that you research the matter thoroughly as there is a great deal of misinformation in articles and opinion pieces regarding this issue.
Once you have completed the workbooks, watch the video lessons. Ethics in America 2 has a discussion guide and reader that you should download and follow as you watch the applicable videos. Visit the remaining websites for further reference, then complete the final exam.
